Finding the right type of self care when you are not feeling so good can seem quite daunting but one way is walking. I find it helps me relax and gives me the time and space to think, reflect and even create new ideas. It also has physical benefits too, getting and feeling much fitter. Walking on a regular basis promotes new connections between brain cells whilst the rhythm can stimulate and shape our thoughts. Wow! Think I need to do some more walking!
