Relaxation Tips

When we are stressed or anxious our muscles may feel tense. Here are a few ways to relax:

1. Mindfulness - lie on the floor, close your eyes. Tense your muscles as you breath in and relax your muscles as you breathe out.

2. Get creative - draw, paint or colour as this can help you feel relaxed.

3. Take a break - read a book or a magazine.

4. Listen to some music.

5. Try some exercise you enjoy.

6. Spend some time in nature.

7, Take time out from technology.
